INMAN PARK PROPERTIES FOUNDER JEFF NOTRICA FUNDS SCHOLARSHIP FOR SAVANNAH COLLEGE OF ART AND DESIGN
The Notrica Family Endowed Scholarship Awards Students In Need
SAVANNAH, GA – Real estate developer, Jeff Notrica of Inman Park Properties sees tremendous value not just in the teaching institutions that rent adapted historic buildings from him, but also in the education they provide. Today’s scholars are tomorrow’s artists, designers, and business people.
Notrica attributes his own success to the education he received at Georgia State University.
Currently, Notrica splits his time between Atlanta and Savannah. He saw first-hand how universities in both cities revitalized their respective downtowns. As an expert in historic rehabilitation, Notrica aims to give back to the community while providing support students in-need through a yearly scholarship endowment to Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).
The Notrica Family Endowed Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate or graduate students with demonstrated financial need and a record of community service. Eligible applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 and will have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of the spring quarter.
