Preservation. Restoration. Investments.
Jeff Notrica founded Inman Park Properties, Inc. in 1993 in Atlanta with a founding mission to preserve and protect architectural gems that had long been overlooked by a rapidly growing city with an eye toward new construction. Notrica believed that history should be cherished and preserved for future generations.
Peeling back the layers to bring old buildings back into service is often more expensive, time consuming and challenging than starting new. Yet it remains a labor of love for the company.
Over the years, Inman Park Properties has purchased and preserved dozens of historic buildings throughout Atlanta; Birmingham, AL; and Savannah, GA.
Today, with offices throughout the Southeast, the company remains committed to adaptive re-use and historic preservation. Inman Park Properties is currently working to preserve and restore the famed Callan Castle in Inman Park and the Queen Anne Victorian Rufus M. Rose House on Peachtree Street.
