The Innovator Behind Inman Park Properties
In 1986, Jeff Notrica bought, renovated, and sold his first set of single-family homes in Atlanta’s historic Candler Park and Inman Park neighborhoods. The overwhelming success of these homes spurred the creation of Inman Park Properties, a company that quickly earned a reputation for crafting creative solutions for unique properties.
As a native Atlantan, Jeff Notrica had a vested interest in the positive development of Savannah. Bolstered by his position as board member of the Atlanta Historic Preservation Center, he decided to apply his talent and natural ability for maximizing the potential of properties that had been overlooked or simply underestimated to the downtown area.
With the burgeoning growth in the southeast, Inman Park Properties entered into the multi-family and commercial real estate market by purchasing properties throughout Savannah and Atlanta.
Today, guided by Jeff Notrica, Inman Park Properties continues to be an innovative leader in adaptive, re-use development locations.
